The ProXtend CAT6A S/FTP CU Ethernet cables are made with 99.9% pure copper wire and an AWG of 26 to ensure optimal performance. The outer jacket of the cable is made from LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), which ensures minimal smoke, toxic fumes, and no acid gases in the event of a fire. The cable is also wrapped in foil shielding that provides protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and reinforced with strain relief to enhance durability, along with a snagless latch protection for secure installation. The 50µ gold-plated connector offers improved durability and higher transmission rates. A 50µ gold connector can deliver up to four times more throughput than a standard metal connector. 50µ is the thickest and most optimal gold coating available.
