The ProXtend CAT6A S/FTP CU Ethernet cables are made from 99.9% pure copper wire with an AWG of 26 to ensure optimal performance. The outer jacket of the cable is made from LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), which guarantees low smoke emission, non-toxic fumes, and no acidic gases in the event of a fire. The cable is also wrapped with foil shielding that provides protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and reinforced with strain relief to enhance durability and prevent snagging, allowing for a secure installation. The connector, coated with 50µ gold, offers greater durability and a higher transmission rate. A 50µ gold connector can deliver up to four times more throughput than a conventional metal connector. 50µ is the thickest and optimal gold coating available.
