Promark has developed the Select Balance system, which utilizes the five most popular drumstick diameters: 7A, 5A (2), 55A, and 5B. Each model is available in either a forward or rebound balance version. Choose forward to optimize power and speed with a front-heavy feel, or rebound to enhance finesse and agility with a back-heavy feel.

Hickory is the most popular wood for drumsticks due to its resilience, responsiveness, durability, and classic feel.
