Samuel 17 - a strange name for a CPU cooler. However, the choice was made thoughtfully and, upon closer inspection, is quite fitting. The name refers to a passage from the Bible. In the Old Testament, you can find the Book of Samuel, and at that particular reference, 1:17, there is a story that is very well-known.
