Proel Active DI Box, 1 Ch.

This active, single-channel DI box has been specifically designed for demanding installations and stage applications where the highest level of performance is required.

The DB1A from PROEL features a MU-metal transformer/isolator that is capable of minimizing phase and harmonic distortions. Even over long cable runs, a noticeable improvement is achieved.

The input section includes both jack and XLR connectors with link capability and a switchable attenuation of 10/20/30 dB, allowing for very high-level input signals. Ground lift and phase reverse switches complete the functionality of this professional DI box.

The device can be powered via phantom power from a mixing console, through an external 9V power supply (optional), or using the included 9V battery.

Thanks to its practical design (½ 19”), the rubber side protectors can be removed, and with the included rack kit, two devices from this series (DB1A, DB1P & DB2A) can be mounted together in a 19” rack.
