Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono

The Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono builds on the formula of the popular T1 model, bringing improvements in sound quality and construction that challenge turntables at an audiophile level within its class.

At the core of the T2 Super Phono is a larger, CNC-machined chassis compared to its predecessor, made from high-quality materials without any plastic parts. The technically precise design ensures a robust structure that effectively eliminates unwanted vibrations and resonances. The glass platter is thicker and heavier, achieving a more stable speed and higher playback quality. The 9" aluminum tonearm features updated, low-friction precision bearings designed with increased diameter and length. The highlight is the factory-installed and adjusted Sumiko Rainier MM cartridge with an elliptical stylus: this high-quality system, combined with an excellent phono preamplifier, provides a pleasant listening experience for vinyl records. Additionally, the Super Phono model includes an exceptionally high-quality, two-stage, split MM phono preamplifier, which can also be switched off.

As usual, it comes with an electronically controlled, high-speed AC motor, gold-plated RCA connectors, and a Pro-Ject Connect It E turntable cable specifically designed for turntable use, effectively shielded against interference.
