Nowadays, a vacuum cleaner can be easily found in most homes, serving as standard equipment. The bagless vacuum cleaner by PRIME3 operates using a whirling air motion, known as a cyclonic system. In the dust container, the whirling motion of the air around the conical filter serves to centrifugally separate heavy particles of dust; clean air emerges from the back of the device after passing through a set of filters. The 1.5-litre dust container ensures that it does not need to be emptied too often and does not affect the compact size of the whole unit.

Another convenient feature of the SVC31 is the automatic cord rewind, along with a 3.5-meter cable and a long (80cm) metal telescopic tube, which allows access to hard-to-reach places. It is also easy to store with horizontal or vertical parking options. Additionally, the suction sub-pressure can be controlled from the hose handle, allowing for adjustment of vacuuming power based on the surface being cleaned.
