Conventional BMW batteries with 12 volts are reinforced and maintenance-free. They use a special lead that limits self-discharge and improves starting power. Robust fiberglass withstands vibrations. The special fine separator accommodates additional plates and provides up to 30% more starting power. The intercell connection through the wall minimizes internal resistance and optimizes performance. The sulfate stop function reduces plate sulfation and extends lifespan.
