The Polar OH1 sensor is an innovative optical heart rate sensor that can be comfortably worn on the forearm or upper arm. The sensor can be used both in conjunction with the Polar Beat app and with all common fitness apps that have Bluetooth connectivity. Of course, the OH1 can also be used with Polar Flow devices such as the Polar V800 or Polar bike computers.
