Compared to regular repeaters, Plume Pods continuously provide ideal WiFi coverage while you are surfing, tailored to all WiFi-connected devices, their respective requirements, and locations. Plume also optimizes home WiFi by considering interference from neighboring networks. For an apartment, it's best to start with a set of three, while a set of six is suitable for a house.

You can easily and quickly install the smart Plume Pods using the intuitive Plume WiFi app. Download the app, follow the instructions, distribute the pods, and you're good to go. Thanks to the app, you can also control your home WiFi anytime while on the go. Plume offers even more, providing a variety of useful applications for your internet security (personal passwords), parental controls (blacklisting/whitelisting), and more from the start. New valuable applications are continuously added, such as Advanced IoT Protection.

If you have a question about a new application, your service subscription ensures you always receive personal support. Customer support is provided by Broadband Networks AG as the Swiss partner of Plume or an appointed third party. To continue enjoying the full Plume services after 12 months from activation, the subscription must be renewed. The registered user in the app will be contacted via email for this purpose. The price for the subscription renewal is 75 CHF per year. If the service subscription is not renewed, the pods can still be used as access points, but no further optimizations will take place, and services such as online protection, parental controls, and ad blocking will no longer be available.
