A faithful adaptation of the older classic that surpasses the original in every way. You have only six hours to find all the pieces needed to solve the puzzle created by the mad scientist. In the meantime, you must avoid hostile robots and deadly black celestial bodies. The edition includes three versions: the original C64 classic, a classic version with a new layout, and a fully updated version. The mission's goal is to stop the evil genius, Professor Elvin Atombender, who is suspected of hacking into the National Security computers. You must infiltrate Atombender's secret island bunker. In a race against time, you need to find a secret password that will stop the mad professor's deadly missiles. Using the elevator system, you must navigate your way through the labyrinth of corridors in the secret hideout. But be careful, as you also need to outsmart the hordes of deadly robots patrolling each area. The robots react in different ways, so observe each one and learn about its patrol patterns and attack methods. Once you reach a safe area, you will examine all objects, furniture, and computer terminals for pieces of the secret password. If you fail to find the password, life on Earth as we know it will change forever. Atombender has targeted nuclear warheads at strategic locations around the world. The countdown has begun. You have only a few hours to save the planet. You have been chosen to carry out the Impossible Mission.
