The PL-30 features a double-walled chassis made of 4 mm thick metal and a low center of gravity for stable playback. The 5 mm thick rubber mat on the platter suppresses vibrations and provides a firm grip for the record. The turntable is equipped with a lightweight straight tonearm and an anti-skating adjustment. The tonearm is resistant to resonance, and the anti-skating adjustment ensures that the sound balance is not disturbed through a finely adjustable counterforce.
