Pioneer Pd-30ae

The PD-30AE, unlike most other players in its class, is based on a pure, genuine CD drive. The specialization of this "Silent Drive" mechanism for a single task positively impacts both the operating noise and the sound quality of the player. The precise data retrieval is supported by a low-vibration steel chassis with an aluminum front, a generously sized power supply, and a particularly low-noise "Precision Clock" that clocks the drive and D/A converter with ±10ppm accuracy, effectively preventing sound-degrading jitter from occurring.

A nice synergy of convenience arises when the PD-30AE meets its network player counterpart, the N-30AE - the streamer then makes the CD player controllable via the Pioneer Remote App by relaying its commands through a remote cable.
