PiL LASER+

LED spotlight for outdoor and indoor use, consisting of a supporting structure made of aluminum die-cast coated with polyester powder, following a prior chemical surface treatment. The diffuser features an integrated optics made of transparent technopolymer, which is protected against UV rays and heat. The optics consist of technopolymer lenses with increased light transmission and asymmetric optics. An aging-resistant silicone seal made in one piece (without seams) provides high compensation performance, excellent resilience, and high heat resistance.

The thermal management is of exceptionally high quality due to heat sinks made of aluminum die-cast, which are anodized on the outside. The electrical connection box is also made of aluminum die-cast, prepared through chemical surface treatment and coated with polyester powder. The power connection is made via an external IP66 connector, allowing for electrical connection to the supply units without opening the luminaire, consisting of polyamide PA66, 7-pole for conductors with a diameter of 13 to 18 mm.

The light source consists of multiple LED modules. Information on other color temperatures and the color rendering index can be obtained from the manufacturer. The outer screws are made of stainless steel. The steel bracket is painted with polyester powder paint after hot-dip galvanization. The specified power value for LASER+ includes the losses of the connection unit. A goniometer for adjusting the orientation is included. Only the connection units available as accessories may be used for the power supply of LASER+. Dimmable power supplies DALI and DMX512-RDM IP66 are available. The electrical connection between these and the respective spotlights must be made via a cable with a maximum length of 100 meters. The supply units consist of a converter with protection against network surges up to 10 kV.
