PiL LASER+

LED spotlight for outdoor and indoor use, featuring a supporting structure made of aluminum die-cast coated with polyester powder, following a prior chemical surface treatment. The diffuser includes an integrated optics made of transparent technopolymer, which is protected against UV rays and heat. The optics consist of technopolymer lenses with increased light transmission and asymmetric optics. An aging-resistant silicone gasket made in one piece (without seams) provides high compensation performance, excellent resilience, and high heat resistance.

Thermal management is of exceptional quality, utilizing heat sinks made of anodized aluminum die-cast. The electrical connection box is also made of aluminum die-cast, chemically treated, and coated with polyester powder. The power connection is made via an external IP66 plug connection, allowing electrical connection to the power units without opening the luminaire, and consists of polyamide PA66 with 7 poles for conductors Ø 13 - Ø 18 mm.

The light source comprises multiple LED modules. Information on other color temperatures and the color rendering index can be obtained from the manufacturer. External screws are made of stainless steel. The steel bracket is coated with polyester powder after hot-dip galvanization. The power rating specified for LASER+ includes the losses of the connection unit.

A goniometer for adjusting the orientation is included. Only the connection units available as accessories should be used for powering LASER+. Dimmable power supplies DALI and DMX512-RDM IP66 are available. The electrical connection between these and the respective spotlights must be made using a cable of maximum length 100 meters. The power units consist of a converter with protection against voltage surges up to 10 kV.
