Philips CX3050/01

Pleasantly quiet instead of obtrusively loud: The Philips Series 3000 is one of the quieter desk fans in the test field. At just 37.8 decibels/dB(A) on the lowest setting, it is barely noticeable even in quiet environments, making it well-suited for the desk or bedroom. But even at higher speeds, it remains comparatively discreet with a maximum of 46 dB(A)...

Philips supplies an excellent table fan that really convinces as a cooling companion and is not a paper whirler. It works quietly, which makes it suitable for use in the office. The modularity of the parts in combination is also impressive.
