The Peavey MAX 100 bass combo produces a big bass sound utilizing unique Peavey technologies. It features psychoacoustic low-end enhancement that increases bass without demanding extra from the speaker. The EQ section includes a three-band equalizer, a gain boost with Peavey's patented TransTube tube emulation, and a range of presets including contour, mid-shift, and bright.

With MAX, you can hear yourself loud and clear without having to tilt the amplifier back: the speaker element positioned at an angle directs sound exactly where you want it. Additional features include a built-in chromatic tuner with mute, a 3.5mm headphone output, and a 3.5mm aux input. The amplifier also has an XLR DI output with a ground lift function.
