Pattex Instant Adhesive Ultra Gel Matic - Shock-resistant instant adhesive for various materials
The Pattex instant adhesive can be used both at home and for outdoor bonding applications. It is suitable for paper, ceramics, plastics, wood, leather, and also as a metal adhesive. This universal glue is optimal for bonding a wide range of materials. The colorless all-purpose adhesive impresses with its gel form and is solvent-free. Thanks to a formula with micro-rubber particles, the super glue is shock-resistant, flexible, and provides an extra strong bond. Additionally, the adhesive is water and impact resistant. With its fine dosing tip for optimal results, the liquid glue can be applied precisely and cleanly without leaking.
Not suitable for: glass, glazed, waxed and oiled surfaces, PE, PP, PTFE, very soft leather, artificial leather, and plastic foams, Styrofoam, and delicate textiles. Not suitable for bonding containers for hot liquids or for contact with food.
Application:
1. Turn the tip clockwise until a click is heard and the tip is securely in place. The instant adhesive is now open and ready for use.
2. Then apply the glue thinly on one side. The thinner the adhesive film, the stronger and faster the bond.
3. Press the objects firmly together and hold for about 10 to 80 seconds (depending on the material). For optimal storage, keep the Pattex Ultra Gel Matic cool and dry.

Instructions for use | Substrate preparation: The substrates must be firm, clean, free of release agents and fit accurately. Remove release agents with a suitable solvent, e.g. alcohol, or sand the surface. A prerequisite for the adhesive to set is the absorption of small amounts of moisture (from the air or one of the materials to be bonded). Always check coatings for adhesion and remove if necessary. One drop is often sufficient for a bonding area of 6.5 cm². Application: To open the tube for the first time, screw the complete cap firmly onto the tube. Apply a thin layer of adhesive on one side. The thinner the adhesive film, the faster and stronger the bond. Join the parts immediately and press together for an average of 60 seconds (depending on the material). Correction is possible for up to 45 seconds, depending on the material. Cleaning: Clean immediately after employees with alcohol or solvent. Wipe dry. Storage: Adhesive reacts quickly with air humidity. Keep tube tip and cap clean. After use, screw the tip of the tube on tightly to prevent hardening. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. |
