Substrate preparation: Substrates must be clean, free of grease and dust, dry and fit perfectly. Almost all absorbent and non-absorbent materials are suitable as substrates. The substrates must be firm, clean and free of release agents. Remove release agents with a suitable solvent, e.g. alcohol, or sand the surface. A prerequisite for the adhesive to set is the absorption of small amounts of moisture (from the air or one of the materials to be bonded). Always check coatings for adhesion and remove if necessary. If possible, cover the surrounding area and work surfaces and work on an underlay. Open: Cover the working area to protect it. When opening for the first time, screw the complete cap clockwise onto Control and pierce the protective membrane of the tube. A clacking sound can be clearly heard. Application: Unscrew the top cap and press the ribbed buttons gently to dispense. Apply a thin layer of adhesive on one side. The thinner the adhesive film, the faster and stronger the bond. Join parts immediately and press together for approx. 5 to 60 seconds (depending on the material). Cleaning: To optimise the durability of the adhesive, excess adhesive should be removed from the tip of the tube and only then should the cap be screwed on. Soak up liquid adhesive with cellulose. Hardened residues can only be removed mechanically.
