Pattex Glue Instead of Drilling Water Resistant – Mounting Adhesive for Water Resistant Bonding

The Pattex mounting adhesive is ideal for bonds that need to be water resistant, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With this adhesive, drilling becomes unnecessary, allowing projects to be completed without noise and mess. The adhesive not only boasts high final strength but can be used on almost all materials and surfaces: it is suitable not only as a plastic adhesive or ceramic adhesive but also as a stone adhesive, wood adhesive, and concrete adhesive. This means that bonding projects can be realized not only at home but also in the workshop. It is particularly ideal for work in damp environments, such as in the bathroom. Additionally, it can be used as a wall adhesive to hang mirrors or as a metal adhesive to attach handles.

Not suitable for PE, PP, acrylic plastics, PTFE, soft PVC, oxidative paints, non-ferrous metals, etc.

Application:

1. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free of grease.

2. Apply the adhesive vertically in strands or pointwise on one side of the surface. This depends on the size and shape of the object.

3. It is possible to make corrections for up to 15 minutes, then press the items together. It is also important to ensure that the strands do not flow together and that there is ventilation (consider lever action).
