Pattex Classic

Pattex Kraftkleber Classic - The universal contact adhesive for many materials. With its super adhesive strength, Pattex Kraftkleber Classic bonds quickly, spreads easily, and adheres perfectly to different surfaces. It bonds almost all materials such as laminates, HPL boards, rubber, leather, cork, felt, hard PVC, soft foams, or metals. Its high temperature resistance makes the adhesive suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to +110°C, making it both cold-resistant and heat-resistant. Thanks to its properties, this liquid adhesive can be used in a variety of applications: Whether for repairing various household items or for bonding sealing strips, sound-absorbing, insulating, and acoustic panels, veneer strips, or kitchen countertops, it serves as an all-purpose adhesive.

Application:
1. Apply Pattex Kraftkleber Classic evenly and thoroughly to both parts to be bonded, possibly using a notched trowel. The material to be bonded should be load-bearing, dry, free of grease, dust, and residues.
2. Allow the solvents to evaporate for at least 10 - 15 minutes at room temperature, ensuring good ventilation in the room. Afterward, bonding is possible within the open time of 1 hour.
3. Align the two parts precisely and press them together firmly for a short time. Corrections are no longer possible. For the final strength of the bond, the pressure applied is more important than the duration of the pressure. A pressure roller or rubber mallet can be helpful to increase the pressure; a template may be used if necessary. Final strength is achieved after approximately 3 days.

Not suitable for glass, PE, PP, soft PVC, Styrofoam, and PTFE.
