Pattex Montage Metal is a strong adhesive for bonding metal alloys, glass, mirrors, and tiles. Thanks to its powerful mounting adhesive properties, it is the perfect product for the assembly and bonding of metal, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals, and almost all types of materials. The elastic adhesive joint absorbs vibrations and is weather-resistant, allowing for strong bonds both indoors and outdoors. Combined bonding, such as bonding stone to metal, is also possible. Pattex Montage Metal is ideal for bonding metal alloys and mirrors, with an initial adhesion of up to 150 kg/m², as well as for bonding ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Instructions for use | Substrate preparation: Almost all absorbent and non-absorbent materials are suitable as substrates, except PE, PP, PTFE, etc. The substrates must be solid, clean and free of release agents. Remove release agents with a suitable solvent, e.g. alcohol, or sand the surface. A prerequisite for the adhesive to set is the absorption of small amounts of moisture (from the air or from one of the materials to be bonded). Always check coatings for adhesion and remove if necessary. Opening: To open the tube for the first time, screw the complete cap firmly onto the tube. Application: Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one side. The thinner the adhesive film, the faster and stronger the bond. Join the parts immediately and press together for approx. 5 - 30 seconds (depending on the material). Correction is possible in the first few seconds. Cleaning: Clean with alcohol or solvent immediately after employees. Wipe dry. |
