The 3MOS camcorder HDC-SD707, which records on SD/SDHC as well as the new SDXC memory cards, impresses with brilliant Full HD recordings thanks to the optimized 3MOS camera system and the enhanced optical image stabilizer Power OIS.
The 3MOS system with 1/4.1-inch sensors achieves a horizontal resolution of 1080 lines with 3 x 3.05 million pixels. A new feature is the progressive recording at 1920x1080/50p, which captures almost twice as much image information as interlaced recording by taking 50 full frames per second.
It includes a manual adjustment ring, color viewfinder, touchscreen, 5.1 channel surround microphone, quick start, optical image stabilizer, 1080/50p recording, image composition aids, intelligent automation, face detection, autofocus tracking, time-lapse recording, and scene detection.
