The completely redesigned Pocket Amp offers an expanded range of all official tube amp sounds in the new MK 2 version, from the highly overdrive-resistant clean range to the massively distorted tone. With three-way switches for amplifier characteristics, gain structure, and speaker microphone simulation, the modified circuitry of the Pocket Amp MK 2 enables authentic vintage and modern sounds, as well as custom sound creations. Exceptionally powerful operational amplifiers achieve an extremely low noise level. The master controls for overdrive level and output volume, along with a specially tailored 2-band EQ for guitar, ensure flexible and precise sound tuning.

In addition to the balanced XLR and unbalanced 6.35 mm jack outputs, the robust aluminum die-cast housing is equipped with an AUX input and a 3.5 mm headphone jack, making the Palmer Pocket Amp MK 2 not only the ideal tool for direct recording but also usable as a practice amplifier, overdrive or distortion pedal, and DI box. It can even replace a stage amp when connected to a PA or monitor system. The Pocket Amp MK 2 requires a 9-volt battery or a power adapter for operation.
