Solar-Powered Battery Maintenance for Vehicles

Modern vehicles have a low but constant battery consumption. Many of the electrical systems are permanently active, even when the ignition is off. Alarm systems, immobilizers, and lock monitoring are examples of systems that run in the background and can drain the battery, even when the vehicle is not in use.

The OSP1000 features a solar-powered battery maintenance function for 12V vehicles. This is a low-carbon and more environmentally friendly way to maintain your vehicle's battery when it is not in use. It is ideal for seasonally used vehicles such as caravans, classic cars, and motorcycles.

It comes with a DC plug and battery clamps, works even in overcast conditions, and is IP 65 waterproof. The reverse polarity protection prevents damage if the clamps are connected to the wrong battery terminals.
