Versatile and lightweight: The AVABAG LiTRIC TOUR 30 is a ski touring backpack equipped with the LiTRIC avalanche airbag system. From quick after-work sessions to high alpine ski tours and multi-day adventures: With just one base, the AVABAG LiTRIC TOUR and FREERIDE Zip can be attached in various sizes, each tailored to the specific purpose. The Zip is designed to seamlessly integrate the base and the different backpacks into one unit.
The base consists of a back element and an airbag system, comfortably fitting thanks to the Full Contact Light back system.
The stowable backpack can be fully opened thanks to the surrounding zipper and is equipped with all the features you need on a tour: ski, splitboard, and rope attachments, an ice axe holder, and a small map pocket leave nothing to be desired. Emergency equipment can be stored in a separate safety compartment. We have used particularly lightweight yet abrasion-resistant materials to keep the weight as low as possible.
LiTRIC, the electronic airbag system, is lightweight, reliable, and easy to use. The electrical system can be fully charged via USB-C in about 25 minutes, and activation can be tested as many times as desired at no additional cost. The absence of a cartridge means: more space, no weighing necessary, no cartridge disposal, and no travel restrictions. The design is meticulously thought out, using supercapacitors instead of cartridges, and the airbag is ultralight.
