Ortler Speeder

The goal at Ortler was to develop an e-bike that hardly looks like one. The 250 W rear hub motor is barely recognizable as such, and the battery is completely integrated into the down tube. The Speeder is controlled via a smartphone app, allowing the bike to operate entirely without a display thanks to the invisible e-assist.

The powder-coated, extremely stiff aluminum frame, along with the reliable, sporty Shimano Deore 10-speed gear system, ensures sportiness and speed – all controllable in any situation thanks to Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. Uncompromisingly stiff, the sporty Speeder appeals to those with the highest demands for equipment and design.

From the fast Schwalbe Marathon Supreme tires to the excellent GP1 grips from Ergon, and the Racktime luggage rack to the Busch & Müller Lumotec Avy front headlight – the Speeder's equipment is the logical consequence of a commitment to outstanding quality.

The rear motor is powerful and quiet. Powerful, responsive, and quiet – that’s how a motor should be for a sporty ride. The Bafang G20 hub motor combines these qualities. As a reliable rear motor, it provides substantial propulsion.

The invisible e-assist: "Less is more" applies to e-bike systems more than ever. Here, the motor is discreetly integrated into the rear hub, and the slim battery is housed in the down tube – unobtrusive, subtle, and stylish.
