The MAXAFE gymnastic balls are suitable for all applications in therapy, sports, gymnastics, or even in the office. Due to their health-promoting properties, particularly for the neck and back muscles as well as the spine, these balls are recommended by doctors and health insurance companies and have been adopted in numerous physiotherapy practices. Course profiles include spinal gymnastics, pregnancy gymnastics, back fitness courses, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, as well as being used as a seating ball in the office or at home. Additionally, they are suitable for mobility and functional training, Pilates, yoga, and modern workouts with the ball. Height - Ball diameter
Up to 140 cm - 42 cm
Up to 155 cm - 53 cm
Up to 175 cm - 65 cm
Over 175 cm - 75 cm

Tip: If the ball is primarily to be used as a seating ball, it is advisable to choose a larger diameter for longer legs. The original Pezziball MAXAFE complies with the new Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 (Medical Device Regulation - MDR) for medical devices.
