CDs have been accompanying us for decades, providing a convenient and high-quality sound experience. The C-7000R features advanced functions for optimal playback of audio CDs, CD-R/RWs, as well as MP3 or WMA-encoded discs.

To minimize signal interference, the device includes a temperature-controlled and highly accurate clock generator, a PLL technology that is insensitive to timing inaccuracies, and a new circuit board layout. These extremely sensitive components are housed in a vibration-damping enclosure with separate aluminum walls for the top, front, and sides.

Thanks to Onkyo's uncompromising approach to interference, digital and analog circuits are physically separated. You can choose to operate the C-7000R exclusively in digital or analog mode. The quiet loading mechanism and a CD tray made from sturdy aluminum die-casting enhance the audiophile qualities of the device.
