Emergency stop switch with pull cord, Series ER. The pull cord switches of the ER series from Omron feature a robust and durable design for the most demanding applications. By using pull cord switches with long cable lengths, the need for multiple emergency stop switches can be eliminated, reducing installation time and costs. The ER series pull cord switch is available as standard, with an emergency stop switch, or with a pilot light. Cable lengths of up to 80 m mean that fewer switches are required per application. With the voltage indicator, the system is easy to set up and maintain at the correct cable tension. Thanks to the IP67 housing (NEMA 6), the switch can withstand a washdown with water. Available in die-cast aluminum or stainless steel housing with a stainless steel eye nut. The blue reset button allows the unit to be easily returned to the operational position after a trip. Durable switch rated for at least one million switching cycles. The switch contacts with snap action prevent unintentional tripping due to vibrations. Models with an emergency stop button have 2 mounting positions and can be installed or relocated in the field. Models with an optional dual pilot light (24 Vdc) can be wired to flash red when the switch is tripped or glow green continuously to indicate a properly reset switch.
