The Omnitronic DXO-26E is a digital active stereo crossover that includes software for flexible output configurations suitable for all common stereo and mono operating modes. It features 2 analogue inputs and 6 analogue outputs (XLR). The active frequency filter types (Bessel, Butterworth, and Linkwitz-Riley) provide slopes of up to 24 dB/octave, dividing the audio signal into different frequency ranges.
The included software for PC and Mac allows for remote control from your computer via a USB interface, enabling you to save, transfer, and manage your presets. Up to 30 user presets can be saved in the device through the software. The unit offers 5 selectable menu languages: German, English, French, Spanish, and Dutch.
It is equipped with an alphanumeric LCD display featuring 2 lines of 16 characters each. The input sensitivity is digitally adjustable, and the inputs and outputs have a 4-digit LED level display, along with clip and limit indicators. Additionally, there is a mute switch with an indicator for each output and a parametric 7-band equaliser.
