Manual binding machine for block thicknesses from 5 to 35 mm. Maximum binding length is 41 cm. The SOYUZ 140 binding machine features a patented mechanism that allows for easy binding for both small and medium print runs. The Soyuz is user-friendly, significantly reducing setup times. The SOYUZ 140 has a torsion-free machine body made of aluminum die-cast. The binding tape is applied to the book or block spine in a simple, continuous working step. Self-adhesive or rubberized binding tapes can be used. The minimum book thickness that can be glued is 5 mm (with cardboard backing), and the maximum thickness is 35 mm. The maximum spine length is 410 mm (automatic cutting of the binding tape); for longer spines, the cutter can also be triggered manually, allowing for the processing of larger blocks.
