Noctua NM-i4677 Mounting Kit LGA4677 NM-i4677

The NM-i4189 mounting kit enables the installation of Noctua coolers from the DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series on Intel's LGA4189 platform (Whitley) for Ice Lake-SP based Xeon Scalable processors of the third generation (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze), as well as W-3300 series workstation CPUs (Ice Lake-64L).

By integrating standard Intel components such as the anti-tilt mechanism, Torx T30 PEEK nuts, and the LGA4189-4 (P4) processor mounting frame, the mounting system fully complies with Intel guidelines and follows the familiar mounting process for experienced LGA4189 users. A Torx T30 mounting tool is included.

Note: The NM-i4189 is exclusively compatible with coolers from the DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series and cannot be used with other Noctua coolers.

The included plastic processor mounting frame is suitable only for LGA4189-4 (P4). LGA4189-5 (P5) systems use the same mounting mechanism but require a different processor mounting frame. Frames for LGA4189-5 (P5) are available upon request.
