The NH-U14S DX-3647 features a larger, specially adapted contact surface and supports LGA3647 platforms in both Square and Narrow configurations. With its 140mm heatsink based on the proven NH-U14S design and Noctua's award-winning, PWM-controlled NF-A15 140mm fan, it combines maximum cooling performance with excellent acoustics. The overall high-quality package of the NH-U14S DX-3647 is completed by the professional SecuFirm2 mounting system and the pre-applied NT-H1 thermal paste – a true premium solution for quiet cooling of LGA3647-based Xeon workstations and servers.
