Noctua Nh-C14s

Thanks to the deeper cooling fins and the renowned NF-A14 PWM fan, the NH-C14S, equipped with just one fan, achieves a comparable silent cooling performance to its predecessor with two fans, while being even more flexible: When the fan is mounted above the cooling fins, the cooler allows space for memory modules up to 65 mm in height. When the fan is mounted below the cooling fins, the total height of the cooler is reduced to 115 mm, making the NH-C14S compatible with many HTPC cases. The new slightly offset design also ensures that the cooler does not extend over the top PCIe slot on most µATX and ATX motherboards.
