NIS Etrian Odyssey 2: Untold

The next installment in the Etrian Odyssey Untold series is essentially two games in one. The first part is a Nintendo 3DS update of Etrian Odyssey 2: Heroes of Lagaard, which was originally released for the Nintendo DS. It features new dungeon layouts, enhanced graphics, and system improvements from the current Etrian Odyssey Untold. The second part is the Untold section, which introduces a brand-new story mode with a fixed cast, voiced dialogue, and animated cutscenes that tell the bittersweet tale of the Fafnir Knight and Princess Arianna. Similar to Persona Q, the Untold part of the game emphasizes character interactions as the story unfolds, with the Fafnir Knight and Princess Arianna embarking on adventures alongside the hero Flavio and the two mysterious adventurers Bertrand and Chloe in the ruins of Ginnungagap and the Yggdrasil Labyrinth.
