Born from NEC's many years of experience, the A201U meets the same high Japanese quality and construction standards as its predecessors, NEC's PA Series projectors, and fulfils the Sharp/NEC commitment to quality, service and sustainability. To avoid e-waste and save costs, the same lenses are used for this model as for the old PA series units.

The innovative solution is the first and only LCD projector with RB laser technology that can produce very intense, natural-looking colour tones in a highly efficient way. Despite the brilliant colour quality at high brightness, which almost reaches DCI-P3 level, it is very economical in terms of power consumption. Thanks to the encapsulated optical unit with protection class IP5X, not even the finest dust particles can penetrate, which means that the outstanding image quality is maintained in the long term and maintenance work is not required.

With its extended installation options, which can be conveniently controlled thanks to full ProAssist support, the compact A201U from Sharp is characterised by the reliability, functionality and good value for money that are important for applications in universities, companies, leisure facilities and museums.
