The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is based on the book by J.R.R. Tolkien and is a story-driven stealth adventure game. Embark on a dangerous journey as Gollum and hunt for the one thing that is precious to him. Climb, jump, and sneak past dangers from Mordor to Mirkwood while battling between your two personalities.

The events take place parallel to the beginning of "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" by J.R.R. Tolkien. Years after Bilbo's theft, the obsession to reclaim the Ring is all-consuming for Gollum. As he wanders near Mordor in search of his treasure, he is captured by the Nazgûl and tortured by Sauron. This is where the game begins.

Experience Gollum's perilous adventure from his time as a slave in Barad-dûr, through his escape from Gandalf and the Elves in the Mirkwood, to the Mines of Moria, where he ultimately encounters the Fellowship.
