MSI X470 Gaming Pro

The MSI X470 Gaming Pro is an ATX-format motherboard that features a fast PCI-Express 3.0 slot with full x16 bandwidth for graphics cards, an x8 connection, and an additional PCI-Express 2.0 slot with x4 bandwidth. The four RAM slots support up to 64 GB of DDR4 memory with a clock speed of up to 2,933 megahertz and can even handle overclocking speeds of up to 3,466 MHz. This AM4 socket motherboard provides two M.2 slots with PCIe connectivity. M.2 SSDs connected via four PCI-Express 3.0 lanes support data transfer rates of up to 32 Gbit/s when used with the advanced NVM Express (NVMe) protocol, making them up to eight times faster than SATA 6G hard drives. On the I/O panel of the MSI X470 Gaming Pro, there are two USB 3.1 Type-A ports. USB 3.1 or USB 3.1 Gen 2 achieves maximum speeds of 10 Gbit/s per port, and USB ports with this standard support fast charging for smartphones and tablets. Additionally, there is a PS/2 port that can accommodate either a mouse or a keyboard. In total, six fans can be directly connected to the board.
