Monacor ELA loop amplifier LA-40

Active loop amplifier with dynamic compressor for the specific setup of an inductive hearing system in living areas (up to 40 m²). The loop amplifier LA-40 transmits audio signals from the television, audio system, and/or microphone into the induction loop in the floor, wall, or ceiling area. This creates a magnetic field within the loop, which is picked up by the telephone coil of the hearing aid or the receiving device and converted back into an audio signal. One advantage of inductive hearing systems is the wireless transmission. Users can move freely within the loop and individually adjust the volume on their hearing aid or receiving device (LR-200) without disturbing their housemates. The LA-40 can be connected directly to the SCART socket of a television (using the included SCART adapter) or to an audio system. Conversations from housemates can be heard through the connection of an optional microphone. The integrated signal generator of the LA-40 allows for an alarm signal to be generated via an optional switch.
