The Mobeye CM-Guard-42 is a reliable detector for monitoring and controlling technical installations. This disturbance detector has four NO/NC inputs for connecting alarm contacts and sensors, allowing it to monitor the status of devices, the functions of machines, pumps, or external sensors. To control devices, the product features two bistable relay outputs that can switch a maximum of 30V/1A. Switching can be done manually via SMS command or automatically by setting a pulse time for the output relay. Communication is facilitated by the integrated 4G LTE-M module, with a fallback to 2G. Additionally, the CM-Guard-42 is prepared for transmitting alarm signals to private alarm centers via the standard SIA DC-09 protocol. With various configuration options, such as alarm message texts per input, alarm delay, recovery, repeat, and test messages, the CM-Guard-42 can be easily tailored to individual needs. The alarm detector can operate for extended periods on batteries alone or with external power. It can be flexibly used indoors. For outdoor use, the manufacturer offers the CM-Guard-42 in an IP66 housing as a special order. When using an external power source, the Mobeye CM-Guard-42 also monitors the presence of external voltage. A regulated 12-24V DC power source or power supply can be connected to the designated voltage input. In the event of a power failure, the internal batteries take over, and the communication module sends an alarm. The input contacts and connected sensors continue to be monitored. The online activatable Mobeye SIM card provides the SIM/Portal/App service with full functionality and optimal security. The device then operates in the very reliable 4G LTE-M network with 2G as a fallback, always selecting the strongest provider.
