MikroTik launches new direct connect cables that not only support SFP 1G and SFP+ 10G, but also the 25G SFP28 standard. With the new direct connection cables, you get more functions for the same price.

This is an extremely cost-effective way to connect two SFP/SFP+/SFP28 devices (for example two units of the new CCR2004-1G-12S+2XS) over very short distances within a rack or across neighbouring racks. They provide a cost-effective, low-power and low-latency connectivity solution for 25 Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel and other industry standards and are fully compliant with SFP+ MSA specifications.
