CRS312-4C+8XG-RM - Cloud Router Switch with 8x 10G RJ45 Ethernet Ports and SFP+

MikroTik introduces the new CRS312-4C+8XG-RM – MikroTik's first product with 10G RJ45 Ethernet ports. Additionally, it features 4x 10G combo ports: use these for 10G RJ45 Ethernet or 10G SFP+ when you need an extra fiber connection. Combo ports can be used alongside the 8x standard 10G RJ45 Ethernet ports at any time. These ports can also be selected via software, allowing you to decide which combo ports are active using RouterOS scripts.
This device is a practical solution for anyone working with massive amounts of data and needing a fast and powerful connection around the clock: multimedia production, scientific research, game development, big data analysis, and more. The CRS312-4C+8XG-RM features dual power supplies for redundancy – no unexpected downtime when deadlines loom. It includes a full-size USB port, a console port for configuration, and a 1U rack mount case – fitting all standard racks.
You can choose between MikroTik's legendary RouterOS with numerous features for booting or a simpler yet powerful SwOS. If you want to use routing and other Layer 3 functions in your CRS, use RouterOS.
This switch offers an excellent non-blocking total throughput of 120 Gbit/s, a switching capacity of 240 Gbit/s, and a forwarding rate of 178 Mpps. CRS312-4C+8XG-RM – built for professionals, great for everyone!.
