The Metz Connect MMT471A315-0004 PCB socket is a highly advanced 8-pole socket specifically designed for use in demanding applications. This M12 socket is X-coded and meets the requirements of the IEC 61076-2-109 standard. It features a 90° angled plug direction and is suitable for wall thicknesses of up to 4 mm. With an IP67 protection rating when connected, it is ideal for use in harsh environments, such as in the railway industry. The socket supports data transmission rates of up to 10 GBit Ethernet according to IEEE 802.3an and is THR solderable, allowing for easy integration into various electronic systems.
