Experience various brainwave states with the Meinl Sonic Energy Binaural Therapy Tuning Forks. These tuning forks are made from high-quality, nickel-plated steel and are larger and heavier than standard tuning forks, providing a longer vibration duration, allowing them to be struck less frequently during treatment.

To create the binaural effect, activate the Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork along with the Master Fork 128 Hz (sold separately) and hold them to the right and left ear. The brain detects the difference between the two frequencies and perceives a third frequency, guiding you into the desired brainwave state.

Delta 130 Hz: These brainwaves, with a frequency of 0.5 Hz to 4 Hz, are the slowest and represent deep, dreamless sleep. In this state, the body and mind experience their deepest rest and rejuvenation.
