Marumi Grey Filter Super DHG ND1000 67 mm
67 mm, Neutral density filterProduct details
The Marumi DHG Super ND (Digital High Grade Neutral Density), also known as a gray filter, allows you to control the bright light entering the lens. These Super ND1000 filters are equipped with a special coating that significantly reduces the reflection of incoming light without disturbing the color balance. This results in a specific effect in the photo.
When there is too much light or if you want to use a different aperture at the same exposure time, you should use a neutral density filter. The light intensity is reduced by this filter. The Marumi DHG Super ND1000 filter can delay a specific aperture by 10 stops. This means a longer shutter speed at the same aperture. You do not need to close the aperture further if you want a longer exposure time. This longer exposure time allows you to capture movement in a photo. A good example is a photo of flowing water, as shown in the illustrations.
Features of the DHG filters:
The DHG filters are made of extra strong tempered glass and are multi-coated, making them water, scratch, and dirt resistant. The DHG filters are also easy to clean. The inner thread allows for stacking filters, so you can combine different filters for even more effect.
- Prevents ghosting and reflections
- Optimal light transmission due to multi-coating
- Available in the right diameter for every lens
- Metal housing
- No vignetting
- Also suitable for wide-angle lenses and full-frame cameras
- Black coating on the edge of the lens for minimal reflection
- Stacking is possible due to the inner thread.
