Marantz Pm-6006

The improvements in the PM6006 allow for peak currents in the amplifier stage, enabling finer tuning of sound details. This high-quality integrated amplifier can connect many digital audio sources directly. Thanks to its superior high-current D/A converter CS4398 (24 bit / 192 kHz), it achieves an impressively high sound level with new media. Additionally, this model features two optical digital inputs and one coaxial digital input, which is one more optical input than its predecessor, the PM6005.

To prevent the analog signal from being affected by the digital stage, the entire digital section is additionally shielded by its own metal housing. Of course, a balanced range of features is still available: five line audio inputs including phono, two pairs of gold-plated speaker terminals with bi-wiring, and a remote control.

The shielded toroidal transformer with low impedance, specially adapted components, and unique HDAM modules from Marantz ensure the typical powerful, dynamic, and detailed Marantz sound. The new PM6006 is a young star with an excellent lineage.
