Product details
The new Mac Pro Lock – for security on an epic scale!
Maclocks has developed the first locking and theft protection solution for the new Mac Pro powerhouse computer. A must-have for Mac Pro users of all kinds – perfect for computer labs, educational institutions, graphic design, and audio studios.
The new Mac Pro Lock mount with security cable lock fits snugly under the cylinder cover, providing complete protection for the device and its hardware components. By adapting the Mac Pro Lock to the curvature of the new Mac Pro, the mounting plate sits securely over the power cable and locks the cover in place. The mounting plate features an extended lip that allows you to attach the included security cable lock, ensuring that your Mac Pro workstation and all its impressive (and expensive) hardware components are secure.
Before locking the security cable to the mount, first attach the loop end to a stable and sturdy object, such as the leg of a table or desk. If you don't have a secure place to attach the cable, select an anchor point from the dropdown menu, and you're secured.
The simple design of the Mac Pro Lock system means you can quickly and easily set up and secure your Mac Pro in just a few minutes.
The Mac Pro Lock includes:
- High-security stainless steel mounting plate
- High-security cable lock with a length of 6 feet / 2 meters
- Security trap for peripheral cables
- 2 keys.
