Für einen Straßenpreis ab 250 Euro erhält der Käufer mit dem Logitech Z-5500 ein ordentliches Doly-Digital-5.1-System mit THX-Zertifikat. Das Klangbild ist geprägt durch kristallklare Höhen und satte Bässe. Bei der Abschirmung muss der Hersteller aber dringend nachbessern. Ferner fällt das Kabel zwischen Kontrolleinheit und Subwoofer mit 1,5 m etwas kurz aus.
