The streaming platform 4.0 developed by Lindemann supports streaming services such as Tidal Connect, Spotify Connect, Qobuz, Deezer, and HighResAudio, as well as the music player software Roon, leaving no desires unfulfilled when it comes to high-resolution streaming. Naturally, it is equipped with a stable, user-friendly Lindemann app for iOS and Android.

The Musicbook Source CD II also offers precise audio and video synchronization when connected to a television, a standby mode when connected to a network, and a sampling rate display when connected to digital sources. It features an internal CD drive, and the quality of the built-in D/A converter makes the Musicbook a top-class CD player.

The internet connection can be established wirelessly via Wi-Fi or wired via LAN. The Bluetooth function allows for wireless playback of music from smartphones or tablets through the Musicbook Source CD II. Additionally, there are analog and digital connection options for external CD players, DVD drives, tuners, etc. Thanks to the integrated phono preamp, a turntable can also be connected to the Musicbook Source CD II.
